About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Representative to join our call centre in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. The role works evening and night shifts, providing support for an Internet Service Provider across phone, email and chat. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer contacts.
- Contribute to a seamless customer experience by following company processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (in progress or completed).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and technical abilities.
- Ability to handle queries and deliver effective solutions.
- Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards customers.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and nights.
- Own vehicle is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
