DevOps Engineer – .NET Development

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong .NET development experience to join Omnicom Media Group Nepal’s engineering team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure and deployment processes while also contributing to application development as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate on software design and architecture.
• Write clean, scalable .NET code, test, deploy and maintain applications.
• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Handle deployments with Octopus Deploy ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement observability using OpenTelemetry and Honeycomb, monitor performance, logs and metrics.
• Maintain and evolve containerized environments with Docker and support cloud‑native adoption on AWS, including future Kubernetes integration.
• Work with CDN technologies such as Akamai and collaborate with the global DevOps team on performance optimization and security compliance.
• Conduct functional testing and prepare documentation for QA.

Required profile

• Proven experience in .NET development and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work closely with development teams to improve system reliability and performance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks.
