Digital Campaign & Growth Executive

About the role

The Digital Campaign & Growth Executive will support our client’s digital marketing initiatives by planning, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms. You will combine data‑driven advertising with compelling content creation to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Run and boost social media advertisements according to campaign goals.
• Monitor and optimise advertising performance using Meta Business Suite.
• Develop engaging copy and captions for social media posts.
• Design social media creatives with Canva.
• Maintain the company’s social media content calendar and advertising activities.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives to improve engagement and campaign results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram advertising.
• Proven ability to write clear, creative social media copy.
• Basic to good knowledge of Canva for visual content creation.
