About the role

AfnoBazar, a fast‑growing Nepali multivendor e‑commerce marketplace, is seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead its digital advertising efforts. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance‑marketing campaigns while analysing data to drive measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Manage campaign budgets with a focus on maximising Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and produce reports on traffic, conversions and sales.
• Execute promotional, seasonal and marketplace sale events.
• Boost social media reach and engagement in collaboration with the content team.
• Oversee SEO, email marketing and SMS marketing initiatives to acquire and retain customers.
• Continuously test, analyse and refine campaigns for improved performance.

Required profile

• Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into action.
