Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to drive growth for our fitness app. You will own the app’s social presence, run campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing strategies to expand the app’s brand and user base.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels, including content planning, posting and community engagement.
• Plan, launch and oversee marketing campaigns and content calendars.
• Drive app downloads, user engagement and retention through targeted initiatives.
• Research fitness and social media trends to keep content relevant.
• Partner with influencers, creators and fitness communities to broaden reach.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and optimise strategies.
• Collaborate with design, product and content teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Creative, proactive and self‑driven, able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse campaign data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager.
