Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead Kunyo.co’s digital marketing strategy from our Kathmandu office. This full‑time, on‑site role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing online campaigns to boost brand visibility, customer engagement and acquisition in the e‑commerce and gaming sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including content planning and community management.
• Coordinate promotional activities and collaborations to increase lead generation and sales.
• Analyse website and campaign performance using web analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Monitor industry trends in gaming and e‑commerce to identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing background with proven experience in online campaign execution.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content planning, community management and platform analytics.
• Experience with lead generation strategies and tools.
• Ability to use web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Experience in e‑commerce, gaming or online retail is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and adaptable to evolving digital trends.
