Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Fuel Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead its marketing team and drive high‑performing campaigns for multiple clients. The role combines strategic planning, data‑driven optimization, and creative execution to help brands grow online.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across client portfolios.
• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Manage social media calendars and content distribution.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate the digital marketing team and cross‑functional creatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust tactics, and report ROI to clients.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research.
• Oversee SEO initiatives and website performance.
• Plan lead‑generation activities and manage advertising budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven track record managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
