Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of online campaigns that promote Third Eye Adventure Nepal’s trekking and adventure packages. Based in Kathmandu, the role works closely with sales and operations to boost brand visibility and drive bookings through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display and social platforms.
• Manage and grow social media channels, creating and curating engaging content.
• Run online advertising initiatives, including paid social and retargeting.
• Analyse website and campaign performance using analytics tools and report insights.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies to convert interest into enquiries and bookings.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and maintain the company’s online presence.
• Ensure all digital communications reflect the brand’s values of sustainable and responsible tourism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and online campaign management.
• Strong background in social media marketing, content planning and community management.
• Ability to interpret data from web analytics tools and optimise performance.
• Experience in lead generation for the travel or tourism sector is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work collaboratively on‑site.
• Capability to manage the website via its admin panel.
