Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns for Arksh Group’s diverse portfolio. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time, on‑site role focuses on enhancing online brand presence, generating leads, and supporting new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage social media platforms, create content calendars and engage online communities.
• Drive lead‑generation initiatives and nurture prospective customers.
• Monitor web and campaign performance, analyse data and produce regular reports.
• Use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools and best practices to keep Arksh Group competitive.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing integrated online campaigns, preferably for multiple brands or sectors.
• Strong communication, collaboration and project‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail, effective time‑management and ability to work under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the Nepalese market is an advantage.
