Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Digital Gurkha is looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role combines strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and team mentorship to deliver measurable results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop and manage social‑media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Design and supervise SEO programmes, including on‑page, off‑page and technical optimisation.
• Collaborate with content, design and video teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
• Lead client communications, presentations and project reviews.
• Monitor performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor and develop the digital marketing team while maintaining project timelines.
• Establish and refine internal workflows, SOPs and quality standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms and AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional digital‑marketing experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong client‑servicing and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering results across social media, SEO and performance‑marketing campaigns.
