Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Stellar Staffing is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns that raise brand visibility and generate leads for the Australian mortgage broking market. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu will work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, community management and performance tracking.
• Design, launch and optimise lead‑generation funnels to attract high‑quality prospects.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and identify new digital opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management and lead generation.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong copywriting, communication skills and attention to detail.
