Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business growth for Suvidha Assurance. Based in Lumbini, Nepal, this full‑time on‑site position works closely with HR, sales and leadership teams to align online activities with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing budgets, audience targeting, retargeting and performance tracking (CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS).
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly digital marketing plans, content calendars and media schedules covering paid media, organic content, influencer collaborations and video production.
• Create, oversee and analyse content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and measuring performance.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with macro, micro and nano influencers, tracking reach, engagement and conversion metrics.
• Coordinate video concept development, production, post‑production editing, motion graphics and adaptation for multiple digital channels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, look‑alike audiences and A/B testing of creatives and landing pages.
• Strong knowledge of video production workflow, including story‑boarding, shooting, editing, motion graphics and colour grading.
• Ability to manage influencer campaigns, from brief creation to performance reporting.
