Digital Marketing Manager – Performance & Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing) to lead the company’s digital marketing strategy, performance marketing activities, and digital customer acquisition efforts. The role focuses on Meta Ads, campaign strategy, performance optimization, analytics, digital content and customer acquisition across online channels and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the digital and performance marketing strategy, planning campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and other platforms with defined objectives, KPIs, budgets and audiences.
• Own the strategy, execution and optimization of Facebook and Instagram advertising, managing audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences and monitoring metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA and ROAS.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, messaging and offers, scaling high‑performing assets and improving under‑performing campaigns.
• Develop digital advertising strategies for new collections, product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns, collaborating with creative teams on performance‑focused images, videos, reels and carousels.
• Plan and execute location‑based campaigns to support retail outlets across Nepal, linking online engagement with offline store visits.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, e‑commerce and retail teams, and manage external agencies or partners as needed.
