Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

Learnwell Nepal is seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Officer to strengthen its online presence and support its mission of bridging global education with local talent. You will work closely with the counselling and sales teams to turn digital engagement into qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s social‑media channels, creating posts, reels, videos and captions.
• Assist with SEO/SEM activities to improve website visibility.
• Research trends and develop relevant, engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce basic performance reports.
• Collaborate with the counselling and sales teams to support lead conversion.
• Contribute fresh ideas to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Required profile

• Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and major social‑media platforms.
• Strong written communication and creative thinking.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates with solid digital‑marketing fundamentals are welcome.
