Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Officer will act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring their marketing objectives are met through strategic content planning and campaign execution. You will collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality digital experiences that drive engagement and measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts, serve as the main point of contact, and maintain regular communication.
• Develop content strategies, monthly calendars, and campaign plans aligned with client goals.
• Create and review content concepts, copy, captions, and scripts for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Coordinate approvals, revisions, and timely publishing across social media platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement, audience interactions, and campaign performance.
• Support Meta advertising activities, including audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Prepare creative briefs and work closely with designers, editors, videographers, and other internal teams.
• Track deliverables, manage timelines, and address potential delays or quality issues.
• Produce monthly and campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Utilise AI tools and project‑management software to improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, social media or client servicing.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with creative teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
