Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

T&D Workforce Solutions is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow its own account and client campaigns. This part‑time hybrid position offers flexibility to work from home on some days while collaborating onsite with interns and the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
• Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS) and adjust strategy based on data.
• Mentor marketing interns, guiding content creation and overseeing media buying, targeting and optimisation.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences and placements to scale successful tactics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and introduce new strategies to improve results.

Required profile

• Strong digital‑marketing background with proven ability to plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience in social‑media strategy, content creation, community management and platform analytics.
• Proficiency in web‑analytics tools and reporting to drive performance improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaborating with international clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
