Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta, LinkedIn & SEO)

About the role

T&D Workforce Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth through data‑led campaigns for both the company and its international client accounts. You will plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, SEO and SEM channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across the full campaign life cycle.
• Translate client goals into measurable campaign strategies.
• Track and analyse performance across multiple channels and use insights to improve results.
• Deliver clear, regular reports to internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage campaigns for T&D and for international client accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta ads, LinkedIn outreach, SEO and SEM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
