About the role
The Digital Media Specialist will plan, execute and optimise Arksh Group’s digital media and social presence across multiple platforms. Based in Kathmandu, the role follows a hybrid model with on‑site collaboration and flexible remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts, develop and schedule engaging content.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to interactions professionally.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and track performance using web analytics tools.
- Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency.
Required profile
- Strong background in social media marketing and digital media.
- Experience with digital marketing, web analytics and data‑driven optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and social media management platforms.
