Digital Solutions & Asset Lifecycle Management Lead

About the role

The role focuses on expanding BlackBox's Digital Solutions and Asset Lifecycle Management business across Nepal. You will identify new opportunities, develop innovative service offerings, and build strong relationships with key institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Digital Solutions and Asset Lifecycle Management business.
• Identify new business opportunities and create innovative service offerings.
• Meet prospective and existing clients to understand records management challenges and propose customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to support business development.
• Collaborate with Sales to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
• Lead planning and implementation of digital records management initiatives, including digitization, workflow automation, and secure storage.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the service portfolio.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommendations for senior management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience, minimum 5 years in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales Leadership.
• Proven track record of closing institutional clients such as banks, insurance companies, government bodies, or large corporates in Nepal.
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder sales cycles involving senior decision‑makers (CEO/MD/Board level).
• Background in B2B services, logistics, financial services, outsourcing, or similar trust‑based industries.
• Experience managing teams of 5–15 members while contributing individually to business development.
• Strong familiarity with Nepal’s banking and institutional ecosystem.
