Door-to-Door Sales Representative

About the role

The Door-to-Door Sales Representative will promote Worldlink Communications' products and services directly to customers in assigned neighborhoods. This full‑time position involves active prospecting, relationship building, and achieving sales targets on the field.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales and promote company products and services to potential customers.
• Identify and approach prospective customers within the assigned area.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available offers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain regular follow‑up.
• Collect and submit required customer information and documents accurately.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily performance.
• Coordinate with the sales team and supervisor regarding customer requirements and field activities.

Required profile

• Education: +2 or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or D2D sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and approach customers directly.
• Target‑oriented, energetic, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Knowledge of the assigned local area is preferred.
