E-Commerce Growth Specialist

About the role

The E-Commerce Growth role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kathmandu. It is responsible for driving online sales growth by analyzing e‑commerce performance data, identifying opportunities, and implementing growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall E‑Commerce Growth strategy.
• Drive online revenue, orders, and transaction growth.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, brands, and customer segments.
• Improve conversion rate, average order value, cart conversion, and checkout conversion.
• Analyze the complete e‑commerce funnel and pinpoint conversion drop‑offs.
• Optimize product discovery, product pages, offers, bundles, cart, and checkout experience.
• Plan and implement A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Product, and Technology teams.
• Develop customer retention and lifecycle strategies to increase repeat purchases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e‑commerce, growth, digital commerce or related roles.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, customer journeys and online merchandising.
• Analytical, commercial and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Product and Technology teams.
