E-commerce Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused and data‑driven E‑commerce Growth specialist to drive online revenue, conversion, merchandising, and customer retention. The role will optimise the customer journey and maximise key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e‑commerce growth strategy.
• Drive online revenue, transactions, conversion rate and average order value.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, brands and customer segments.
• Analyse the e‑commerce funnel and improve product discovery, product pages, cart and checkout.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Develop online merchandising strategies and optimise product/category visibility.
• Coordinate with Commercial and Procurement teams on product priorities, availability and launches.
• Develop customer retention, lifecycle and repeat‑purchase strategies.
• Segment customers based on behaviour and purchasing history.
• Coordinate CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and other channels.
• Work with Product/Technology teams to improve website and app experiences.
• Track key metrics including revenue, orders, conversion rate, AOV, retention and category growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, growth, digital commerce or a related role.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations and customer journeys.
• Analytical and commercial decision‑making skills.
