Early Years Coordinator

About the role

We are a leading early childhood educational institution in Chandol seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Coordinator to oversee our curriculum and ensure a high-quality learning environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor an age-appropriate Early Years curriculum.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate early years teachers and support staff.
• Maintain quality assurance by aligning daily operations with the school’s educational philosophy and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for parents regarding child development and progress.
• Manage classroom resources, learning materials and activities to create a stimulating and safe environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in early years education, preferably in a supervisory or coordinator role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational abilities and patience.
• Deep understanding of early childhood development methodologies.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (written and spoken).
