English Mentor Supervisor

About the role

The English Mentor Supervisor will lead a team of English teachers and mentors, ensuring high‑quality instruction, continuous professional development, and consistent delivery of curriculum across scheduled shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support English teachers, mentors, and trainers, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Deliver clear, constructive feedback to improve teaching performance.
• Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate shift schedules (07:00‑09:00 AM and 10:00‑15:00 PM) and ensure coverage.
• Facilitate the use of online learning platforms and digital tools for remote or blended instruction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred in English, Education, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in English teaching, mentoring, training, or team supervision.
• Experience managing teachers, trainers, or remote teams is preferred.
