ERP Functional Consultant

About the role

The company is seeking a motivated and analytical ERP Functional Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of ERP and business software solutions. The role involves translating client requirements into functional specifications, configuring the system, and ensuring successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and convert them into functional software requirements.
• Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment across finance, payroll, taxation, loan management, and HRMS modules.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing, system testing, client demonstrations, and user training.
• Prepare functional documentation such as requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Validate financial and business data, assist with data migration, reconciliation, and ensure report accuracy.
• Provide post‑implementation support, resolve system issues in coordination with technical teams, and travel to client sites when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Good understanding of accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, loan management or HRMS processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication and client‑handling skills.
• Fluency in Nepali and English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic knowledge of UAT, software testing, data validation and reconciliation.
