About the role
Raj Shree Holdings is looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Executive Secretary to support senior management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential documents to ensure smooth office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain official correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings with internal departments, clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and important company documents.
- Follow up on assigned tasks, decisions, and action points to ensure timely completion.
- Assist senior management with daily administrative tasks, presentations, and reports.
- Organize business meetings, appointments, and company events as required.
