About the role

Become a game-changer in mobile development! As a Flutter Developer, you’ll build stunning cross‑platform apps that look and feel native, working with Dart, state management, and responsive UIs.

Key responsibilities

• Turn complex product ideas into reliable backend systems that handle real user demands.
• Apply AI‑assisted development practices across the ADLC to accelerate solution exploration, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop high‑quality backend applications with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to turn ideas into seamless digital experiences.
• Write optimized, reusable code while following strong engineering practices and standards.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and efficient schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Participate in team planning, technical discussions, and retrospectives, bringing fresh perspectives.
• Stay curious about emerging technologies and identify practical opportunities to improve engineering quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the tech stack.
• Inquisitive, determined, diligent with an open mind.
• Logical, tactful problem‑solver and self‑learner.
• Strong zeal towards learning new things and growing in one’s career.

Required skills

• Flutter and Dart (Android, iOS, Web development).
• Understanding of MVC, MVP, MVVM architectures.
• Experience with ROOM models, DAOs, offline sync.
• Android Studio / VS Code, UI components, animations, design guidelines.
• Debugging and testing with Dart DevTools, unit/UI testing, automation.
• RESTful web services, WebSocket, streams, JSON/XML parsing, Protobuf.
• Flutter 2.0 deployment best practices.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git, SVN, version control.
• SQLite, ORM tools, complex queries, query optimization.
• SQL and NoSQL databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
