Food & Beverage Associate – Hotel Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking friendly, service‑oriented individuals to join the Food & Beverage Department of a 3‑star hotel. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, taking and serving orders, and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a polite, professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to hotel service standards.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as required.
• Set up and clear dining tables, counters, and service areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with kitchen and other hotel departments.
• Assist with billing, payment collection, and basic POS operations when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑service oriented and able to work effectively in a team.
• Well‑groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage handling.
