About the role
The Food & Beverage Executive will lead the F&B team at Holiday Inn Express Kathmandu, ensuring memorable guest experiences across all outlets, banquet and conference services.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, coach and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver high‑quality service.
- Manage food and beverage standards, budgets and revenue targets in collaboration with finance.
- Oversee multiple outlets, kitchens, banquet and convention facilities, ensuring operational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, culinary arts or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including management responsibilities.
- Fluency in the local language and ability to obtain any required certifications.
Required skills
- Leadership and team development.
- Budgeting and financial monitoring.
- Operational oversight of food and beverage outlets.
