Franchise Managing Director / CEO

About the role

Crack Intakes is seeking a dynamic Franchise Managing Director / CEO to lead its franchise unit in Pokhara. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive strategic growth, oversee daily operations, and represent the brand within the local education market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for franchise expansion and business development.
• Supervise counseling and advisory services, ensuring high‑quality support for prospective students.
• Manage staff, set sales and service targets, and monitor performance against goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and local stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement to enhance client satisfaction and franchise growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and management experience in a service‑oriented business.
• Strong business development and franchise management capabilities, including strategic planning and sales oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, families, partners, and staff.
• Background in education consulting, study abroad services, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Education, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Pokhara with a hands‑on approach to local market engagement.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and data‑informed decision‑making abilities.
