French‑Speaking Sales Consultant in Kathmandu

About the role

Intrepid Travel is looking for a French‑speaking Sales Consultant to join its Kathmandu office. You will be the main point of contact for French‑speaking travellers, guiding them from enquiry to departure with personalised recommendations and outstanding service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored itineraries, advice and quotes for French‑speaking customers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Support FIT and tailor‑made travel requests and assist with emergency passenger support.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Contracting and Operations teams to drive growth in the French market.
• Assist the wider Sales team with English‑language enquiries during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience with a strong conversion record.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations, especially for the French market.

Required skills

• Confidence using sales and booking systems.
• Digital mindset and comfort with technology.
