Front Desk Associate

About the role

Nana Mountain Resort is seeking a guest‑focused Front Desk Associate to lead the guest experience from arrival to departure. This senior front‑office position requires a passion for hospitality, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards in a resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and check‑in guests professionally and warmly.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, billing, and guest records.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback courteously.
• Operate and maintain front‑office systems, including the property management system (PMS).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Service, Kitchen, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in guest service and restaurant operations when needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address issues.
• Maintain accurate reports, records, and administrative documentation.
• Support management in implementing front‑office procedures and service standards.
• Help train and guide junior front‑office team members.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in front‑desk or guest‑service roles, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and resolve guest issues promptly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PMS (Property Management System) software.
