Front Desk & Content Creator (On‑Camera)

About the role

We are looking for a confident, energetic individual to manage our front‑desk operations while creating engaging on‑camera content for our college’s social channels. The role combines visitor reception duties with the production of short‑form videos that showcase programs, events and student life.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, handle inquiries and manage the front‑desk reception area.
• Produce and edit Reels and TikTok videos that highlight academic programs, events and campus life.
• Record and share short‑form content across Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Present information confidently on camera for promotional and admission campaigns.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents and guests to provide accurate information.
• Generate fresh ideas for social‑media storytelling and support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with event coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Strong verbal communication skills with students, parents and visitors.
• Creative, energetic and able to generate original content ideas.
• Friendly, approachable and proactive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram and Reels platforms.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new digital tools.

Required skills

• TikTok (short‑form video creation and publishing).
• Instagram (story, post and Reel management).
• Reels (conceptualising and editing short videos).
• Basic video editing software (e.g., mobile editing apps).
