Full‑Cycle Content Creator (Video & Social Media)

About the role

Bagmati Commercial is looking for an end‑to‑end Content Creator who will own the full pipeline from idea and script to shooting, editing, publishing, and paid promotion. The role is hands‑on and focused on turning products, customers, and team stories into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan content calendars, develop concepts, write scripts and storyboards for campaigns and social media.
• Travel to sites, capture product applications, customer experiences and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Edit videos and photos, applying color correction, sound editing, motion graphics and final delivery.
• Create professional print and digital product catalogues.
• Produce customer testimonials, product stories and team content.
• Develop DIY tutorials, product demonstrations and educational how‑to videos.
• Execute high‑quality e‑commerce shoots for online listings.
• Publish and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid ad campaigns to boost reach, engagement and conversions.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and refine content strategies based on ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years (24 months) of experience in full‑cycle content creation.
• Proven ability to travel for on‑site shooting and capture authentic product usage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising dynamics.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring content performance and ROI.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product, marketing and sales teams.
