Functional Consultant – ERP Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Functional Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of ERP and business software solutions. The role involves translating client requirements into functional specifications, configuring the system, and ensuring successful adoption through testing and training.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client business processes, especially in accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, loan management and HRMS.
• Configure, test and deploy ERP modules, conduct UAT, system testing and client demonstrations.
• Prepare functional documentation such as requirements, process flows, test scenarios and user guides.
• Validate financial data, support data migration, reconciliation and verify report accuracy.
• Provide post‑implementation support, user training and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, implementation, training and support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance and general business processes.
• Fluency in Nepali and English; Hindi is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and travel to client locations.
