Functional ERP Consultant

About the role

Raindrop Inc., an ERP consulting firm in Kathmandu, is looking for a Functional ERP Consultant to act as the bridge between clients and the technical team. You will understand business operations across manufacturing, retail, healthcare and finance, and tailor the ERP solution to meet those needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, validate and document business requirements from clients.
• Map existing processes and design improved workflows within the ERP system.
• Prepare functional specifications, user guides and test cases.
• Conduct system demonstrations and deliver user training sessions.
• Support implementation, go‑live and post‑go‑live troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers to design and test customized solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, BBA or a related field (final‑semester students welcome).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
• Exposure to ERP systems, preferably ERPNext or similar, through academic projects or internships.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for client interaction.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn quickly.
