Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the marketing team of Bagaichā, a multi‑concept dining destination with 17 restaurants and 6 bars. The role is high‑volume and fast‑turnaround, responsible for translating the brand across social media, in‑property digital screens, print collateral and packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily and weekly social media assets for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including static posts, carousels, reels and stories.
• Produce content for on‑site digital displays such as LED screens, kiosks, light boxes and table‑tent cards.
• Design artwork for seasonal events, workshops and festival programmes throughout the annual calendar.
• Develop menu layouts, print collateral, signage and packaging designs.
• Capture basic food, interior and event photography and videography on site and edit the material.
• Convert existing raster logos into clean vector files for signage, uniforms and large‑format prints.
• Maintain brand consistency across all 23 concepts in line with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience, preferably in agency, in‑house marketing or hospitality/F&B.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field, or an equivalent portfolio.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
• Strong sense of typography, layout and colour, with experience preparing files for print production.
• Organised file‑management and version‑control practices.

• Adobe Photoshop (retouching, compositing, colour grading)
• Adobe Illustrator (vector work, logo redraws, print‑ready artwork)
• Adobe InDesign (multi‑page layouts, menus)
• Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (short‑form video, LED screen content)
• AI‑assisted creative tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly
• Canva and Figma for rapid collaborative turn‑arounds
