Group Digital Marketing and Website Manager

About the role

We are seeking a capable and reliable Group Digital Marketing and Website Manager to oversee the digital presence and general IT requirements of our group of companies operating across Australia and Nepal. The role reports to Group Management and is based in Nepal, offering a full‑time opportunity to shape online strategies for multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update all company websites.
• Oversee company domains, hosting services, business emails and Google Workspace accounts.
• Create and manage official email addresses and user access.
• Administer Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Design posters, flyers, menus, advertisements and promotional materials.
• Create, edit and publish written, graphic and video content.
• Prepare social media content calendars for different businesses.
• Maintain consistent branding across all companies.
• Monitor website performance, enquiries, leads and campaign results.
• Perform basic SEO to improve website visibility.
• Coordinate with external web developers, designers and marketing agencies as needed.
• Provide basic IT support to staff and troubleshoot website, email and account‑access issues.
• Maintain secure records of domains, hosting, licences, subscriptions and authorised access.
• Protect company passwords, data and digital assets.
• Prepare regular reports on completed work, campaign performance and upcoming activities.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, website management or IT support.
• Good written English and content‑writing ability.
• Ability to manage several brands and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Honest, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• WordPress or similar website platforms.
• Google Workspace and professional email account management.
• Canva, Photoshop or comparable design software.
• Social media management and paid advertising expertise.
• Basic SEO, analytics, domain and web‑hosting knowledge.
