About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Career Development and Industry Relations function. The role will shape and drive initiatives that boost student confidence, forge strong employer connections, and secure valuable internship opportunities. Ultimately, you will guide students from classroom learning to successful, meaningful careers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive career development programs that empower students to build confidence and professional readiness.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with a wide range of employers to create networking, mentorship, and recruitment pathways for students.
• Coordinate and secure internship placements, ensuring alignment with academic goals and industry standards.
• Oversee industry engagement activities that connect students with real‑world projects, workshops, and career fairs to enhance employability.

• Proven experience in managing career services, student employability programs, or similar initiatives within an educational setting.
• Strong vision for bridging education and industry, coupled with a passion for helping students achieve meaningful career outcomes.
