Head of Corporate Advisory

About the role

Siddhartha Capital Limited is seeking a results‑driven leader to head its Corporate Advisory practice in Kathmandu. The role involves shaping strategy, driving growth, and delivering high‑impact financial advisory services across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy, operating framework, and growth roadmap for the Corporate Advisory unit.
• Lead and manage mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, project finance, debt advisory, restructuring, valuations, and other corporate finance transactions.
• Origin and secure advisory mandates, build relationships with promoters, corporates, financial institutions, investors, and regulators.
• Prepare proposals, pitches, and RFP responses, and act as the transaction lead on major client engagements.
• Ensure compliance with SEBON, NEPSE, CDS & Clearing, the Company Registrar, Nepal Rastra Bank, and other regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA‑Finance), Economics, or Accounting; professional certifications such as CA or CFA are a plus.
• 6‑8 years of experience in investment banking, merchant banking, corporate advisory, private equity or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or deal‑lead capacity.
