About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Digital Solutions & Business Development function in Kathmandu. The role will drive growth, create innovative client offerings, and oversee the digital transformation of records management services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand digital solutions and asset lifecycle management business.
• Identify new opportunities and design service offerings that meet evolving client needs.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand records management challenges and propose customized physical and digital solutions.
• Lead planning and implementation of digital records initiatives, including document digitization, electronic document management, workflow automation, and secure storage.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance the service portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology partners to ensure seamless delivery and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Build and manage a Digital Solutions team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and business performance updates for senior management.
