Head of EPC Projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

About the role

Hulas Infra is seeking an experienced and results‑oriented Head of EPC Projects to lead the end‑to‑end execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction initiatives, with a focus on Pre‑Engineered Buildings and related infrastructure. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of EPC projects from initiation through commissioning and final handover, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, schedules and resource requirements.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, milestones, manpower plans, equipment needs and resource allocation, ensuring effective prioritization across the project portfolio.
• Supervise multidisciplinary engineering teams, coordinate design development, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs and shop drawings, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and client requirements.
• Identify technical challenges, facilitate timely and practical solutions, and maintain seamless coordination between design, procurement and construction teams.
• Oversee procurement planning, manage vendor relationships and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment and services required for project execution.
• Establish project execution plans, systems, procedures and performance‑monitoring mechanisms to guarantee safety, quality, on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering EPC projects, particularly in the pre‑engineered building sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work closely with senior management, clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors and internal departments.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize resources, manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.
