Head of Hospitality Sales

About the role

The Sales Head – Hospitality is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will lead and expand the company’s hospitality sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, manage key client accounts and drive revenue growth across the hotel and resort portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with hotel and resort partners.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and mentor a high‑performing sales team, set performance targets and monitor pipelines.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service offerings with market needs and maintain a strong brand presence in the hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in hospitality or related industries.
• Strong account‑management capabilities to build and grow long‑term client relationships.
• Analytical ability to interpret market data, sales metrics and customer insights.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality sales, hotel sales or corporate partnerships in travel and tourism is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
