Head of Sales – Data Center / IT Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and target‑driven Head of Sales to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and oversee overall sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data center, IT infrastructure, or technology sales, along with proven leadership, business development, and client management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and business targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for data center and IT infrastructure solutions.
• Drive revenue, margins, profitability, and sales‑related P&L performance.
• Manage key accounts and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Lead customer negotiations, commercial discussions, proposals, and deal closures.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, targets, and team performance.
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to develop suitable solutions for clients.
• Track market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in data center, IT infrastructure, or technology sectors.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and key account management.
• Experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, margins, profitability, and commercial performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive business growth and close high‑value deals.
