About the role
We are looking for a Head of Search Engine Optimization to lead our SEO strategy, drive organic traffic, and oversee a high‑performing SEO team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy, covering technical, on‑page and off‑page optimization.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to inform content and link‑building plans.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions and produce performance reports.
- Identify technical SEO opportunities and stay updated with algorithm changes and AI trends.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and grow the SEO team.
Required profile
- 5+ years of SEO experience with a proven record of organic growth.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing SEO teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Required skills
- Technical SEO expertise.
- Advanced keyword research.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, Semrush or similar tools.
- HTML and website architecture knowledge.
- Analytics and reporting skills.
