Hindi Mentor Supervisor

About the role

The Hindi Mentor Supervisor will oversee the mentor team delivering Hindi language sessions, manage schedules, ensure quality of instruction, and act as a liaison between mentors and internal support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mentor schedules, session assignments, and availability.
• Communicate daily with mentors about session changes and updates.
• Maintain records of mentor attendance, performance, and payments.
• Monitor session quality, learner participation, and activity.
• Provide regular, constructive feedback and guide mentors on teaching methods and standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mentor performance reports.
• Identify and coordinate resolution of mentor‑related issues.
• Conduct mentor sessions when required and coordinate with Support, Admin, and Language Lab teams.
• Support continuous improvement of mentor performance and session quality.

Required profile

• Strong command of Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, coordination, and team‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of online teaching and EdTech platforms.
• Basic administrative and technical proficiency.
• Strong reporting, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or EdTech operations is an advantage.
