Hindi Mentor Supervisor

About the role

We are hiring a Hindi Mentor Supervisor to manage mentor schedules, ensure session quality, and support continuous improvement of our online teaching programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mentor schedules, sessions, availability, and assignments.
• Communicate daily with mentors regarding sessions, changes, and updates.
• Maintain records of mentor attendance, sessions, performance, and payments.
• Monitor session quality, learner participation, and learner activity.
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to mentors.
• Guide mentors on session structure, teaching methods, objectives, and standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly mentor reports.
• Identify mentor‑related issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Conduct mentor sessions when required.
• Coordinate with Support, Admin, and Language Lab teams for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong command of Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and team‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of online teaching and EdTech platforms.
• Basic administrative and technical skills.
• Strong reporting, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Professional, presentable, proactive, and responsible.
