Home Services Customer Care Specialist – Part‑time Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Home Services Customer Care Specialist to be the first point of contact for residential customers in the US and European markets. Working remotely during the afternoon peak hours, you will handle inbound calls, collect job details, and triage leads for the operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls (1 PM‑5 PM ET) and provide professional first‑line support.
• Gather and record customer information, scope of work, and any photos or descriptions.
• Prioritize and route inquiries to the operations team based on urgency.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to customers who reached out earlier in the day.
• Respond to the business owner’s emails with callback requests or follow‑up tasks.
• Handle invoice follow‑ups in QuickBooks as directed.
• Maintain organized records of all interactions and job requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support or phone‑based roles for US or European companies.
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, professional phone presence.
• Ability to manage 10‑20 inbound calls per day accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities.

Required skills

• QuickBooks (or similar invoicing software).
