Hotel Operations In-Charge

About the role

Nana Hotel is seeking a hands‑on, motivated and guest‑focused professional to manage daily operations of its hotel and rooftop bar in Thamel. The role is ideal for someone currently supervising in a hotel, resort, guesthouse or restaurant and ready to progress toward an Operations Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Service and the rooftop bar.
• Ensure staff discipline, attendance, grooming and coordinate shifts.
• Lead the team during operations, maintaining service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and resolve complaints.
• Monitor cleanliness and readiness of rooms and public areas.
• Drive occupancy, room‑revenue and rooftop‑bar sales targets.
• Develop and implement ideas to enhance the rooftop bar’s atmosphere and promotions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservations and Marketing on offers and events.
• Control stock, cash, wastage and daily operational expenses.
• Report regularly on occupancy, revenue, guest feedback and staffing.

Required profile

• Currently working at a supervisory level in hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness and focus on guest experience.
• Ability to lead a small team and maintain high service standards.
• Proactive problem‑solver with good communication skills.
• Commitment to achieving operational and revenue targets.
