HR Executive – Hospitality

About the role

Join the upcoming InterContinental Pokhara Resort as an HR Executive, supporting daily HR operations and strategic initiatives under the Cluster Director of Human Resources. You will help create a high‑engagement workplace while aligning HR activities with the resort’s business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, prepare offers and onboard new hires.
• Provide HR services and guidance, address employee requests, support grievance and disciplinary processes, and promote welfare initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR documentation and reports, process transactions, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Organise HR events, employee‑engagement activities, travel arrangements and colleague‑welfare programs.
• Support promotions, succession planning and employee referrals while maintaining a strong talent pipeline through agencies and sourcing channels.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 1 year proven HR experience.
• Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS software and local labor regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database handling.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Additional HR certifications are a plus.
